Quick Low Carb Avocado Smoothie

If you're like me and set about 7 alarms to wake up in the morning... and snooze through 5 - you may be pressed for time in the morning. No worries, I've got you covered. 

This is so quick and easy, you can do it in your sleep  😏

You can even add some bone broth protein powder which will give you that extra boost of protein, collagen, without the carbs and sugar. It's my go-to protein source for smoothies hands down. This is a perfect smoothie to add to your daily routine if you're trying to nix that added (or even natural) sugars. 



INGREDIENTS:

1 cup full fat canned organic coconut milk
1 cup filtered water
1 avocado (I like to use frozen - about 3/4 cup of avo pieces) 
1 cup ice
1 teaspoon maple syrup (low sugar option: use stevia or mint extract to taste instead)
pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS:
Blitz those beauty ingredients in a high powered blender and serve immediately!
