UPDATED: Fruit Free Smoothie
My updated fruit-free mint chip superfood smoothie is here!! And the love is strong. I’ve made a few little tweaks, but the base has stayed the same: frozen zucchini & cauliflower. Please keep reading tho, I swear it tastes delishAF!
Here I’ve used unflavoured vegan protein powder from @puricawellness. I’m really liking it compared to the chi flavour I’ve tried before that wasn’t my personal fave.
BTW - The mint really makes a difference here. But don’t overuse, mint extract is incredibly concentrated so a little goes a longgg way. Taste test first then add more if need be. I’ve really been playing around with these ingredients for awhile before I got it perfect and encourage you to do the same! If you’d like more or less of each ingredient, experiment and treat this as a guideline 😊😊 add an ice cube or two if you’d like a thicker consistency.
