Superfood Green Smoothie
Smoooothie operator! This really is a superfood smoothie that tastes absolutely amazing and it's my post workout go-to. So many nutrient dense ingredients - just ONE teaspoon of spirulina powder has 150% of your gaily recommended B12 and 130% vitamin A! Maca root is an adaptogen and a member of the cruciferous family, like broccoli and cabbage, but due to it’s unique properties it's considered one of the world’s natural super foods. Maca is grown high in the mountains of South America, mainly in high altitude regions of Peru.
