Smashed Avo and Egg Salad on Sprouted Grains
The easiest but MOST DELISH breakfast award goes to..... this smashed avo + boiled egg salad on sprouted grain toast. So so simple but def one of my favourite go-to recipes for a healthy breakfast. Hitting on all macros, healthy fats, protein and complex carbs; this will keep you full for a long time and is great for a post-work out munch!
I just boiled some eggs, smashed half an avo and added and slightly mixed them together in a bowl. Then just spread on to toast, add chilli powder, pink salt and that's it! Enjoy!
